Rules and Regulations of Omkara Yoga School

Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all rules. Always be on the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join the class.

Clear your books of account before departure from Omkara Yoga School. Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed. Omkara Yoga School provides accommodation for a student who joins the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. The student has to be present in all scheduled program of Omkara Yoga School.

  • Attending all classes is mandatory except for emergency cases.
  • Uninformed leaves will affect student’s monthly performance.
  • For good use of the course, the student will commit to dedicating at least two hours to the daily study.
  • The teaching materials are protected by copyright and should not be misused
  • Classes have their established start time that must be respected at all times.

Refund Policy

Please read this carefully before sending payments to Omkara Yoga School

An advance of course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules.

  • The advance booking amount is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable to any other person. Cancellation due to any reason will not be accepted and the deposit paid will be forfeited.
  • To change the course month, we will need 45 days advance notice to make the required adjustments depending upon the availability of seats.
  • If the students cancel the course after joining, the course fees will not be refunded.

If a student cancels the course after joining it, we accept cancellation but course fees will not be refunded in cancellation. There is no charge of course cancellation.
