Discipline Rules for Students

To maintain a peaceful, respectful, and focused learning environment, all students of Omkara Yoga School are expected to follow the rules below:

Smoking, alcohol, and any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited on campus.
If you are fasting or will be absent for any meal, please inform the kitchen manager in advance to avoid food wastage.
Students must always maintain discipline, respect teachers, staff, and fellow students, and follow all school guidelines.
Punctuality is mandatory. Students arriving late may not be permitted to join the class.
All accounts related to books, materials, or other dues must be cleared before departure from Omkara Yoga School.
Before departure, students must return any books, yoga mats, or other assistance items provided by the school.
Accommodation provided by Omkara Yoga School is strictly for enrolled students only. Friends or relatives are not allowed to stay in student accommodation.
Attendance in all scheduled classes, activities, and programs of Omkara Yoga School is mandatory unless there is a genuine emergency.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

The advance deposit paid to confirm a course booking is non-refundable.
In case of a genuine emergency, students may request to reschedule their course to another available date, subject to availability.
Course cancellation requests are accepted via email; however, the advance deposit will not be refunded.
There is no additional charge for course cancellation; students only need to inform the school in advance.
Omkara Yoga School is not responsible for any mishaps, injuries, losses, or incidents occurring before the official course start date.
